Le projet Kwayaweh H1-H2 s’inscrit dans une démarche de développement résidentiel contemporain située à Wendake, en collaboration avec Garoy Construction. Pensé en continuité avec son environnement naturel, le projet s’inspire du territoire et de l’héritage de la Nation Wendat, tout en intégrant une architecture moderne et durable.
Développé dans un milieu boisé, Kwayaweh comprend environ 236 unités résidentielles réparties sur 6 étages, avec une volonté affirmée d’intégration au paysage et de performance environnementale, notamment à travers une démarche visant la certification LEED. Le projet propose également plus de 5 000 pi² d’espaces communs, ainsi que des aménagements extérieurs favorisant la qualité de vie des résidents.
La firme Rampes Avant-Garde a été mandatée pour la fabrication et l’installation des systèmes de garde-corps en aluminium et en verre, adaptés aux exigences architecturales du projet.
Les interventions comprennent notamment :
- 216 balcons avec garde-corps vitrés
- Verre trempé clair et dépoli, incluant sections courbées
- Systèmes de garde-corps en aluminium avec finition architecturale DURASTAR
- Écrans séparateurs en verre pour optimiser l’intimité entre unités
- Intégration de formes cintrées en cohérence avec le design architectural
Ces éléments ont été développés afin de répondre à un double objectif : assurer la sécurité et la performance technique, tout en respectant l’intention architecturale du projet et son intégration au site naturel.

Kwayaweh H1-H2 is a distinctive residential development located in Wendake, delivered in collaboration with Garoy Construction. Designed in harmony with its natural surroundings, the project draws inspiration from the Wendat Nation’s heritage while integrating a contemporary and sustainable architectural approach.
The development includes approximately 236 residential units across 6 storeys, set within a forested environment, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and is targeting LEED certification. It also features over 5,000 sq. ft. of shared amenities, along with carefully designed outdoor spaces that enhance the living experience.
Rampes Avant-Garde was responsible for the fabrication and installation of aluminum and glass railing systems tailored to the architectural vision of the project.
Scope of work includes:
- 216 balconies with glass railing systems
- Clear and frosted tempered glass, including curved glass elements
- Aluminum railings with DURASTAR architectural finish
- Glass privacy screens between units
- Curved design integration aligned with architectural intent
