Developed in collaboration with Corsim Construction, this 30-storey residential tower featuring 342 units was designed to provide a modern living environment where design, natural light, and functionality come together.
Architectural Railings – Performance and Elegance
Rampes Avant-Garde completed the fabrication and installation of aluminum and glass railing systems for the project’s 317 main balconies, including privacy screens and specialized installations for terraces, access areas, and shared spaces. The use of clear and frosted tempered glass enhances the building’s clean aesthetic and visual lightness.
