Inspired by the heritage of the Wendat Nation and thoughtfully integrated into its natural surroundings, the Kwayaweh H1-H2 project in Wendake offers a contemporary living environment focused on sustainability and well-being. Developed in collaboration with Garoy Construction, this distinctive 236-unit, 6-storey residential project targeting LEED certification combines modern architecture, refined common spaces, and carefully designed outdoor areas.
Guardrails – transparency and architectural integration
Rampes Avant-Garde completed the fabrication and installation of aluminum and glass railing systems for the project’s 216 balconies, including custom-designed elements seamlessly integrated into the architecture. The use of clear, frosted, and curved tempered glass brings lightness, elegance, and privacy to the overall design.
Architectural finish – lasting elegance
The aluminum railings with DURASTAR architectural finish, along with the glass privacy screens, were designed to provide durability, performance, and refined aesthetics within a unique natural setting.
