This 26-storey tower featuring 257 residential units stands out through its contemporary architecture, abundant glazing, and prime location near the REM station and the St. Lawrence River.
⚙️Railings and Glass Components – Precision, Safety and Architectural Integration
In this large-scale development, Rampes Avant-Garde was responsible for the manufacturing, supply, delivery, and installation of aluminum and glass railing systems across multiple areas of the project, including balconies, parapets, and common spaces. Privacy screens and tailored solutions were also implemented to meet architectural requirements and the building’s varying configurations.

The systems combine clear and frosted tempered glass with aluminum structures featuring durable architectural finishes (DURASTAR and DURACRON), ensuring consistency, performance, and aesthetic integration throughout the project.
